Job Summary
- Processing and managing new sales leads efficiently.
- Accurately inputting customer information and updating records within our CRM system.
- Communicating with customers via phone, text message, and email, providing exceptional service throughout their journey.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Supporting the wider sales team to achieve business targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
- Teamwork
- As part of this role, occasional appearances on the company’s social media channels may be required, including promotional videos, photographs, or other marketing content. Confidence in representing the business in a professional manner is desirable.
- Chance to earn commission after a successful probation period.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in an administration, sales support, or customer service role.
- Is confident using computers and willing to learn CRM software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Can prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness & understanding of FCA Regulation & Data Protection Legislation.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to work is essential
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively, working with all levels of the business.
- Has a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
