Whether you already have barista experience or you’re keen to learn, we’ll give you the training and support you need to develop your coffee skills and become a confident part of the Esquires team.

What You’ll Do:
· Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas and other beverages with care and consistency.
· Develop your knowledge of coffee, including espresso extraction, milk texturing and drink presentation.
· Deliver warm, friendly service and make every guest feel welcome.
· Keep the coffee bar clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
· Maintain high standards of presentation across the counter and drinks station.
· Use our till system accurately and efficiently.
· Support the wider team during busy periods, including food service and keeping the store clean and welcoming.
· Build genuine connections with customers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
· Barista or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
· A genuine interest in coffee and learning how to make consistently great drinks.
· Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
· A positive attitude, great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
· A team player who is happy to support wherever needed.
