Pay rate
£22.50- £28 +holiday pay 12.7%
11hr shift variable shift pattern, competitive pay.

We are urgently looking for Registered Adult Nurses (RGNs) to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in a care setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and deliver effective, individualised care and treatment to service users.
- Practise within your professional scope of practice and in accordance with the NMC Code and relevant professional guidelines.
- Work as a named nurse/key worker for a defined group of patients.
- Provide a high-quality, individualised standard of care to patients, relatives and carers.
- Work as a key member of the team to support patients in achieving their planned outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical documentation.
- Provide clear and effective handovers to ensure continuity and safety of care.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and person-centred care at all times.
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RGN).
- Relevant nursing experience.
- Good clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
