About the Role:
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot and improve the company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will work across servers, networks, cloud services and user environments, helping ensure technology remains secure, reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, networks and business systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory and cloud-based services.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions and security policies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity problems.
- Support system upgrades, migrations and new technology installations.
- Maintain backups and contribute to disaster recovery procedures.
- Apply security updates, patches and system configuration changes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify improvements that can increase system reliability and performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer or IT Infrastructure professional.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, networking and cloud technologies.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, backups and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage several technical tasks and priorities.
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
Pay: £3,300.00-£4,000.00 per month
