- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — someone who turns up on time, every time, and communicates promptly where required
- Excellent front-of-house customer service skills, including handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Strong communication skills — this is a collaborative team environment, and you'll need to work well both independently and alongside colleagues
- Comfortable supporting colleagues with requirements such as training on systems, coffee and food prep, service standards etc
- A conscientious approach and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work weekends and early morning shifts as part of a full-time rota
Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the coffee shop
- Maintaining the very highest standards across the site
- Managing food safety and H&S to a high standard
- Food and drinks menu development, food prep, and food prep management
- Contributing ideas for new menu items and promotions to attract customers

- Opening and closing the site reliably and on time, including early morning shifts
- Making coffee to a high standard
- Supporting staff scheduling and helping colleagues develop their skills
- Administration and reporting
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
