Summary
We are seeking to expand our Conveyancing Department and require an Experienced Residential Junior Fee Earner to join our team in Jarrow. This role is vital in supporting our residential property services and ensuring our clients receive top-quality legal assistance. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property files, ensuring timely progression and compliance.
- Provide clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
- Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems.
- Support senior fee earners with complex transactions and client queries.
- Ensure adherence to legal procedures and company policies.
- Contribute to team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a residential fee earner or similar role within a legal setting.
- Strong communication skills essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in IT systems used for case management and document drafting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
