Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor tables regularly to check on guests’ needs, refill drinks, and clear used dishes promptly.
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards and proper serving procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, maintaining smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper serving techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately.
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue.
