Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Multi Sports Coach to inspire and motivate participants across a variety of sports disciplines. Duties
- Plan, organize, and deliver coaching sessions for multiple sports including team and individual activities
- Motivate participants to achieve their personal best while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety
- Assess skill levels of players and tailor coaching techniques accordingly to support development
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their techniques and confidence
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and supplies needed for daily coaching sessions
- Foster a fun environment that encourages participation, respect, and fair play among all ages and abilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching across multiple disciplines or a strong background in physical education teaching
- Passion for sports and physical activity with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and encourage athletes of varying skill levels
- Ability to plan engaging sessions that balance skill development with enjoyment
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to sports activities and equipment use
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or teaching are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is valued
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sessions efficiently
