Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the brigade at our established 4-star hotel and 2 AA Rosette restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team committed to producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress, this role offers excellent opportunities for development within a professional and supportive kitchen environment.
The Role
- Take responsibility for your designated section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and present dishes to the high standards expected within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Assist with stock rotation, food storage, and waste management.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Support junior members of the kitchen team and contribute to a positive working
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a quality hotel, restaurant, or Rosette-standard kitchen.
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practices.
