Ensure Services Ltd provides a range of essential property services, including inventories, 360° virtual tours, PAT testing, property inspections, Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA), and EPCs. The Opportunity
We're expanding the team and have a particular need for a qualified (or trainee) Domestic Energy Assessor to lead on our EPC work, alongside broader property compliance duties. If you're methodical, self-motivated, and interested in energy efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
We're open to hiring 1–2 candidates and happy to discuss part-time or full-time hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing EPCs as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (or working toward accreditation)
- Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA)
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Completing property inventories
- Carrying out PAT testing
- Sending, amending, and managing reports and related admin
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Self-motivated, with pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
- A full, valid driver's licence (this role involves regular travel between properties)
Highly desirable:
- Qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), or working toward this qualification — this is currently a priority area for us, and we'd strongly welcome applicants who are already accredited or keen to train
- Previous experience in property, compliance, or a related inspection field
- A genuine interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
