The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
You’ll join our Executive Search team, supporting clients in identifying and securing top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and mapping senior candidates
- Speaking with experienced professionals through calls, meetings, and interviews
- Supporting clients with tailored hiring strategies
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Learning the fundamentals of headhunting and deal management
- Working closely with your team to achieve targets and contribute to shared success
This role blends research, communication, commercial thinking, and relationship-building, ideal for graduates who want a career with impact.
