Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through B2B and B2C channels
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions
- Develop customised proposals and negotiate terms to secure sales agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including follow-up after installation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and smooth project delivery
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT tools
- Attend industry events, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on solar technology trends and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Ability to drive confidently and maintain a valid driving licence
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing client data and sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry or renewable energy sector is advantageous but not essential
- Organised, proactive, with a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions
