Your role
As a Lettings Property Lister / Valuer, you'll play a key role in growing our lettings business by winning new instructions and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll:
- Generate new business and win new lettings instructions
- Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and prospective clients
- Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service
- Work closely with your branch team to achieve and exceed targets
What we're looking for
You'll already have experience within estate agency, whether as a Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent, and be ready to take the next step in your career.
You'll also have:
- A proven ability to generate new business and work towards targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, organised and proactive approach
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence
