Work-life balance matters
We know that life is about more than work.
Where operationally possible and arranged well in advance, we are happy to offer up to six additional weeks of unpaid leave each year. Whether it's spending more time with your children during school holidays, travelling, or simply enjoying more time with family, we believe good people deserve flexibility when it can be planned responsibly.
We also aim to provide stable, predictable working patterns so you can plan your life outside work with confidence.
Why join Ayre's Bakery?
We're not a supermarket and we're not a factory.
