Due to continued growth within the Yorkshire region, we’re now seeking SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team, working on high-profile, busy venues in Boston.
About the Role
We’re looking for professional and personable Door Supervisors to work within the night-time economy — pubs, bars, and nightclubs — ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all customers and staff.
Door Supervisors are the first point of contact for guests, so a friendly, confident, and professional approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival
- Carry out ID checks and searches as required
- Manage entry, queues, and crowd control
- Maintain the safety of customers, staff, and property
- Follow site-specific instructions and risk assessments
- Represent T3 Security and our clients to the highest standard
- Liaise professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Deal with potential incidents calmly and effectively
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements
- Valid DS SIA Licence (essential)
- Availability to work Friday & Saturday nights (essential)
- 5-year checkable work history (essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, approachable, and reliable
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience working in venues where alcohol is served (desirable)
