This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled recruiter whilst gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Apprenticeship: Recruiter Level 3
Working hours: 9:00 – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £8 per hour
Package includes:
- Complete a fully funded qualification
- Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Career progression into recruitment team leader, senior recruiter

Responsibilities:
· Support with the full cycle recruitment process from start to finish.
· Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
· General clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, and mailing.
· Data entry.
· Negotiating salary.
· Registering candidates on the database.
· Calling and assessing prospective candidates.
· Resolve general enquiries.
· Placing adverts for vacancies.
· Attending meetings site and office based.
· Other administrative duties as required.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
