General Operatives
Location: Ripon
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy and established food manufacturing facility in Ripon, producing high-quality meat products.

The Role
As a General Operative, you will be part of a busy production team, helping to ensure products are prepared, processed and packed to the required quality and food safety standards.
Duties will include:
- Working as part of a team within a busy food production environment
- Supporting the preparation and production of meat-based food products
- Packing and checking products to ensure quality standards are met
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working towards daily production targets
- Carrying out general production duties as required
- Supporting different areas of the production process when needed
About You
We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are keen to secure a long-term position and build a career within food manufacturing.
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Have good attention to detail

- Be willing to learn and develop new skills
