Job Description
QD Logistics Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient inventory, distribution, and operational performance. You will lead warehouse staff, maintain high safety and quality standards, and support the smooth flow of goods to meet customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock control activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is advantageous.

Pay: £2,800.00-£3,800.00 per month
