We are looking for a multi-skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join a small company in Leicestershire. We complete Reactive and Proactive maintenance and repairs to our clients estates including Commercial and Residential property. The position is open to anyone who has a keen interest in property maintenance, has a hands on mentality and already has experience or skills that are appropriate for example a trade in/or relating to construction. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and undergo some training where necessary.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for all repairs and maintenance across the estate, and carry out this work to include but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and decorating. (tools will be provided for this role)
- Assist in the upkeep of the estate including office moves, light grounds work and clearance work.
- Liaise with contractors for works that are out of the scope of the role.
- Carry out proactive maintenance checks around the estate.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide these and financials.
- Ensure statutory compliance checks and servicing of safety equipment and appliances are up to date and organise external contracts to undertake such work. To include but not limited to EICR’s, Gas safety checks, Air-Conditioning, EM Lighting, Fire systems, Fire Extinguishers and Intruder alarms
- Undertake training as requested such as Trade skills, and Health and Safety training.
- Any other reasonable request as directed by the Company Director.

- A full UK driving license with no endorsements.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to prove this.
- Need to meet all physical functions of the role.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
