Community Support Worker
Community support workers required, must have clean driving licence and use of a car. You will support people in there own homes from medication, personal care, preparing meals, light domestic tasks, doctors and hospital appointment, shopping, social time, and anything else that may be required for the person to live as independently as possible in there own home and in there familiar surroundings and environment. with the option of supporting days out and holidays.
We support people with a wide range of learning disabilities, Dementia and those who need a little more support as they become older and more frail.
We pay £12.45 per hour plus milage and travel time. Weekends are on a rota bases working 1 weekend in 3
Assess to Well being support, Blue light card, extra day off for your birthday are provided and paid for by the company. after 6 months.
We are a small friendly company that is growing, but we still want to keep it so you have the time to get to know the people you support. Full and on going training with the possibility of gaining further qualifications once completed probation period. Enhanced CRB check will be required All PPE is provided.
Start and finishing times are varied between 8.30am and 7.30pm, need to be flexible Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given and will be on going, The right person who is reliable, even though you work on your own is a team player is compassionate about the role they play in achieving and supporting to the best of there ability.
