An exciting opportunity to join the front of house team at Silchester Farm, a beautiful countryside events venue hosting weddings and special events for up to 140 guests.
This role is offered on a flexible contract, averaging 32 hours per week during peak periods, with shifts scheduled around events, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving food and drinks to a high standard during weddings and events
- Preparing and maintaining bar areas before, during, and after events
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Managing stock, glassware, and cleanliness of the bar
- Working closely with the F&B Duty Manager, FOH and events team to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining a secure site, inclusive of event cover, and shut down procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Personal License
- Hospitality, Front of House, Bar work experience
- Confident, personable, and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Good knowledge of drinks service and customer care
- Due to our rural location, a driving licence is required

Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
