Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in food and meal preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Support kitchen staff with food safety practices, cleanliness, and organization of ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, measuring, and assembling components
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders efficiently and punctually
- Deliver meals to customers with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered in optimal condition
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and delivery vehicle to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food products
- Ability to perform meal preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with safe vehicle operation is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate kitchen tasks and timely deliveries
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
