Job Overview
Join our clients dynamic production team as a Production Team Member and become a vital part of packing high-quality products in a fast-paced, energetic environment! In this role, you will actively participate in inspecting, and packaging products to ensure they meet the quality standards. Your hands-on involvement will help drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across the production processes.
Duties
- Assist in the packing of dairy products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely to support production workflows
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or issues immediately
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory handling, packaging, and shipping preparation
Requirements
- Prior experience in production or factory environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
