About the Role
Bick Construction are an established UK commercial construction company looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join the team.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects ranging from residential refurbishments to commercial site works. We value high quality, pride in your work, and someone who can tackle different aspects of a project without needing constant supervision.
Key Trade Skills
We are looking for someone with strong core hands-on experience in at least two or three of the following trades (you do not need all of them, but versatility is key):
- Plumbing (1st & 2nd fix, bathroom installs, pipework repairs)
- Carpentry & Joinery (Studwork, doors, architraves, kitchen fitting, flooring)
- Plastering & Drylining (Skimming, patching, boarding)
- Painting & Decorating (Preparation, gloss, emulsion, high-standard finishes)
- Roofing (Basic repairs, leadwork, guttering, tile replacement)
- Groundworks (Basic drainage, slab laying, footings, fencing)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven hands-on multi-trade or primary-trade experience (3+ years preferred).
- Certifications: Valid CSCS Card (Required). Relevant trade NVQs or tickets are a bonus.
- Driving: Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Tools: Basic hand & power tools appropriate for your trades (specialist kit provided).
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, tidy worker with good customer-facing communication skills.
