We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing drinks businesses. It's a chance to take everything you've learned working in hospitality, building relationships, understanding what customers need and knowing the on-trade inside out and use it in a field sales role where you'll be working with the same types of venues you already know so well.
You don't need years of sales experience. What we're really looking for is someone who's personable, commercially minded, enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid to get out there and build new relationships. What You'll Be Doing
- Visiting pubs, bars and hospitality venues across the North West.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Helping venues choose the right drinks for their business.
- Growing sales through account management and winning new business.
- Working closely with wholesale partners.
- Managing your own territory and making it your own.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of sales experience.
What matters is that you're someone who:
- Has worked in hospitality and understands the on trade.
- Loves talking to people and building relationships.
- Is commercially minded and enjoys spotting opportunities.
- Is self-motivated and wants to build a long-term career.
- Wants to move into a Monday–Friday field-based role with genuine progression.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
