The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, within a small Office team. The role is fully office based.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating bookings, supporting sales activity, and ensuring accurate data management across our systems. This is a varied role that requires someone who is happy to “muck in” and support colleagues wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email
· Managing a busy inbox, responding promptly and professionally
· Scheduling jobs and coordinating bookings efficiently
· Providing administrative support to sales activities
· Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance across internal systems
· Assisting with training administration and booking
· General office administration and ad hoc duties as required to support your colleagues
Essential Criteria
· Confident and professional telephone manner and email communication
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an office administration and customer service role
· Confident IT user (MS Office) and ideally with experience of CRM systems
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively in a busy office
Working hours
Monday - Friday 9AM-3PM with 0.5 hour unpaid for lunch
Pay: £18,590.00-£20,020.00 per year
