We have a Full or Part Time Night Care Assistant 24 - 36 hours available, standby duties will also be needed pro rota. We would like a caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Night Care Assistant. You'll support our residents with daily living tasks, promote independence and help create a happy and safe home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support.
- Assist with mobility and medication (where appropriate)
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Keep accurate care records and follow care plans
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
What we are looking for
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient and respectful attitude
- Previous experience in care is desirable
- Must be reliable, flexible and able to work shifts (including alternate weekends and cover for holiday)
