As a Dessert Team Member it is up to you to provide the excellent customer experience whether that’s by preparing food and beverages or serving on the till.
As a Dessert team member we need you to be well-presented, friendly, energetic and able to work as part of a large team in a fast paced environment. We will train you in customer service, food and beverage preparation, and hygiene practices, but will need you to be proactive and self-motivated. Presentation of desserts is essential, so attention to detail is key, as is the ability to communicate effectively with your team and the customers.
Responsibilities:-
- Interacting with customers, whether this be greeting at the door or checking on tables etc.
- Taking customer orders at the till
- Handling cash and card payments
- Following set guidelines on the preparation of made to order desserts and drinks including decoration
- Assisting in the opening & closing of the store
- Preparing orders for takeout
- Keeping work stations clean and following hygiene procedures
- Completing stock checks and replenishing stock with the team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
