Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions clearly and persuasively
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding client base
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional approach during all interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
