About the Role
As an experienced Luxury Jewellery & Pre-Owned Rolex Sales Consultant, you will:
· Deliver a truly exceptional customer experience for every client.
· Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery, engagement rings, wedding rings, diamonds and pre-owned Rolex watches.
· Guide clients through bespoke jewellery commissions, working closely with our in-house workshop specialists.
· Build long-term relationships with clients through expert advice and personal service.
· Develop excellent product knowledge across our jewellery range and pre-owned Rolex watches.
· Process sales, repairs, customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently.
· Work towards team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
· Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards.
· Assist in creating high-class social media content showcasing our jewellery and watches.
· Support the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom.
About the Person
· Previous fine jewellery sales experience is essential.
A willingness to learn about pre-owned Rolex watches.
· Passionate about fine jewellery, pre-owned Rolex watches and luxury retail.
· Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Can confidently advise customers on diamonds, engagement rings, bespoke jewellery and Rolex watches.
· Is professional, polished and genuinely enjoys creating a positive customer experience.
· Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
· Is motivated, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
· Takes pride in contributing to team success and supporting colleagues.
· Has experience with social media or a willingness to learn.

· We do not work Sundays, except during the weeks leading up to Christmas.
