Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage options and protection products
- Explain complex financial concepts clearly, ensuring clients understand their choices and obligations
- Conduct detailed fact-finding to gather necessary information for mortgage applications and protection plans
- Prepare and submit accurate applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Stay informed about current market trends, lending criteria, and product offerings to provide up-to-date advice
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout the application process and beyond
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, recommendations, and transactions for audit purposes
Qualifications
- Experience or background in financial services, particularly in mortgages or insurance advice preferred
- CeMAP qualified
- Strong understanding of maths
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices
We offer a generous basic salary package plus commission, life insurance and health insurance and admin support and a Monday to Friday working week.
Pay: £27,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
