This is a blended role that combines customer interaction with physical tasks in a vibrant indoor climbing environment. You’ll need to move confidently around the centre which is over two levels (stairs, no lift), support children in energetic play, and respond quickly to situations across the venue.
About The Role
As a FOH & Café Assistant, you’ll work with your team to run reception, café, and kitchen operations. That includes:
- Preparing food for birthday parties
- Serving in the café and hosting events
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities
- Answering enquiries and supporting guests
- Upholding our high standards of health, safety, and customer care

Pay: £8.00-£12.21 per hour
