About Lago Homecare
Lago Homecare is an independent, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider delivering exceptional, person-centred care to older adults, people living with dementia, and those with complex needs. We hold ourselves to the highest standards - our benchmark is Outstanding, not simply Good.
We are a values-driven team and we know that great care starts with great carers. That is why we invest seriously in the people who work for us - in your development, your wellbeing, and your career. As we grow, so do the opportunities: we are actively building pathways for our carers to progress into senior, specialist, and leadership roles.
We Value Work-Life Balance
We are fully transparent about working patterns: this role requires flexibility across all 7 days of the week, including regular weekends. However, we believe that if you work hard for us, we work hard for you in return.
As standard, we aim to ensure every carer receives at least one full weekend off per fortnight. Your time away from work matters to us.
