Vehicle Hire administrator
Vans for Band Ltd is one of the largest suppliers of artist and crew transportation to the live music touring industry in Europe, as well as a key transport supplier to the Film and TV industry. We have the largest fleet of bespoke built splitter vans in Europe which offer a specialist transport solution combining both passengers (artists & bands / film crews) and equipment storage within the same vehicle.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Oxford (Begbroke) based splitters team as a vehicle hire administrator. You will have daily interaction with customers facilitating vehicle collections returns and the administration of the hire process. This is a high volume, admin heavy role and attention to detail will be key to success in the position
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours (Mon-Fri) Office based

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating quotes for vehicle rentals
- Generating invoices
- Collating and inputting driver details
- Facilitating vehicle collections and returns – supporting customers with their entire vehicle rental process booking appointments and inspecting vehicles on return.
- Answering incoming calls and managing hire inbox
- General office administration
- Any other tasks commensurate with the role.
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Data Entry: 1 year (required)
- Admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Driving License: 2 years (desirable)
- Work well in a team & independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good work ethic - Reliable / good time keeping / honest
