Position overview
- We are seeking a paralegal who would be keen to work with and support our Commercial Construction Partners and Associates as they work directly with our clients.

Essential experience and qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Law degree or have completed the GDL/PGDL. Completion of the LPC/SQE is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience as a paralegal or working in a professional services context desirable but not essential.
- Experience of DocuSign and iManage and working with Legal AI tools such as Legora, Copilot, Document Drafter and Offices & Dragons helpful but not essential.
- Organised with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to manage a number of workstreams across multiple projects
- Willingness to build strong internal and external client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability and willingness to work with and test the latest AI legal tools is desirable
- Determination to complete work to the highest quality with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to deal
- Calm under pressure
- Ability and willingness to turn work around quickly and sometimes work outside of standard hours
Travel
This position requires intermittent travel domestically
