For this role, it is essential to have experience as a Barista in a restaurant setting, as well as leading a small and passionate team.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a true people person, capable of managing and motivating a team while upholding our ethics, high standards, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace your love for coffee and food as an essential part of your role.
- Coach and mentor a team of Baristas, kitchen staff, and occasionally, us!
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring visitors come for both our service and our exceptional coffee and delicious food offerings.
- Prepare and craft amazing beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold traditional cleaning practices.
- Assist with food preparation.
- Provide excellent table service, always accompanied by a warm smile and engaging conversation.
- Efficiently process transactions using our state-of-the-art till system.
- Ensure displays are fully stocked at all times.
- Ideally, you have experience in quick-service roles and a genuine passion for people, coffee, and food.
- Lead a team of both full-time and part-time staff.
- Organize and manage shift rotas.
- Control stock, place orders, and manage suppliers.
- Handle cash and perform reconciliations.
- Oversee operations management and control.
- Assist in the induction and training of staff.
