Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with setting up events or special functions, including catering arrangements
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred; restaurant or barista experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends or evenings if required
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Personal presentation that reflects the professional standards of the establishment
