About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 15,000 young people each year.

As Brand and Marketing Manager, you will develop and champion Centrepoint’s brand across our communications and marketing activity. You will lead integrated brand marketing campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen engagement with key audiences and support our fundraising, influencing and organisational objectives. Working collaboratively across teams, you will provide expert brand guidance and lead brand projects from brief through to evaluation.
Office-based working
Colleagues are required to spend a minimum of 50% of their working week in our offices and must be able to commit to this requirement each week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly. Our core working hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm, and colleagues must be in the office during these times.

- Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
- Use audience insight and data to inform brand development and campaign decisions.

- Work with teams across Centrepoint to deliver engaging campaigns and content.
Why join Centrepoint?
In return for your efforts, you’ll receive a competitive salary, excellent training and development, and a host of staff benefits including:
