Set in over 5 acres of landscape gardens, St Nicholas Village is a specialist, multisite care community based on our core beliefs of always placing our residents first, and applying positive intent in all that we do.
We are seeking to grow the activities team with the addition of several activity facilitators to be based on one of six different areas of the service during the hours of 10:00 am – 14:30 pm.
We support people with Learning Disability, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Dementia, Mental Health and Physical Health needs, across separate settings within the village, and we are looking for positive and enthusiastic staff who can enhance our residents day to day lives.
This new exciting, fresh opportunity has arisen to become a key part in the development of the service, and be hands on in managing the delivery of activity and engagement within the service to ensure excellent quality care is delivered throughout each day, making residents lives meaningful and purposeful.
We are looking for interesting people who have experience in a similar role and display the right values and approach all situations in a positive, professional, friendly and trustworthy manner. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for resident engagement and making a positive difference in people’s lives. They will need to have an enthusiastic, approachable personality, that will inspire and drive others.
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on qualifications, experience and personal qualities.
