Part-Time Cleaner — Residential Properties (Oldham, Rochdale & Tameside)
Gallacom Ltd · Oldham, Rochdale & Tameside £13.50 per hour · Part-time, 10 - 20 hours per week · Permanent
About the role
We're a property management company looking for a reliable, hard-working cleaner to keep our residential properties across Oldham, Rochdale & Tameside spotless and well-presented. If you take real pride in leaving a space clean and fresh, work well on your own, and want a steady part-time role with a settled local patch, we'd love to hear from you.
Cleaning is the core of this job. You'll also help with a few simple property tasks along the way (full training given) — but first and foremost, we're looking for someone who's brilliant at cleaning and dependable week to week.
Your main job — cleaning
- Cleaning communal areas across several properties — hallways, staircases, shared kitchens and bathrooms, entrances
- Keeping shared spaces consistently clean, tidy and welcoming for residents
- Cleaning properties between tenancies to a high, move-in-ready standard
- Working to a regular schedule across a local round of properties
A few extra tasks (we'll train you)
- Quick weekly fire alarm tests — just pressing the test button and noting it's working
- Simple property condition checks with photos when tenants move out
- Flagging any maintenance issues you spot while you're on site
None of these are complicated — if you're reliable and thorough with the cleaning, the rest is easy and we'll show you exactly what to do.
What we're looking for
- Genuine pride in your cleaning and a good eye for detail
- Reliable, honest and happy working on your own
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential — you'll travel between properties; mileage paid at 55p/mile)
- Trustworthy with keys to residents' buildings
- Cleaning experience is a big plus, but a great attitude matters most
What we offer
- £13.50 per hour
- 10 - 20 hours per week (happy to discuss how these are scheduled)
- Mileage paid at 55p/mile between properties
- All cleaning materials and equipment provided
- A steady, reliable round — not a different place every day
- 28 days' pro-rata paid holiday and workplace pension

Apply through Indeed with a short note about your cleaning experience and confirming you have a full driving licence and your own vehicle. A DBS check and references will be required before starting, as you'll have keys to residents' buildings.
