Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. The roles involve assembling furniture with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. ideally you will have experience working in a fast paced environment using air powered hand tools. All our furniture is delivered fully assembled. Working hours are 6.45am to 2.45pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assemble furniture at various stages on an automated assembly line.
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively during assembly tasks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled items meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Skills
- You will have worked within an assembly team
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
