Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team for part-time cleaning duties on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers aimed at individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service. You will be employed by the company to undertake this role and fully trained before you begin.
This is a rural job where products and equipment will need to be transported to so owning your own vehicle is a must. Ironing is an important skill needed for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks undertaken
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled times
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all cleaning activities
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous cleanliness and readiness for subsequent shifts.
- Change bedding and undertake laundry and ironing tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures at all times
Experience
- Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions accurately
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety protocols is required to ensure a safe working environment.
Pay will start at £13 per hour and rise to £14 once the candidate has completed probation
Pay: £14.00 per hour
