About the Role
As part of our matchday hospitality team, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences in 32 exclusive boxes and 2 premium suites at Bath Rugby. Whether you're serving fine food and drinks or helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you’ll be part of the action from kick-off to final whistle.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to guests in VIP boxes and suites
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, polished environment throughout your shift
- Help with setup before the game and tidy-up after
- Work closely with teammates to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or catering experience is a bonus—but not essential
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends during Bath Rugby home games

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bath BA2 4DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
