Duties
- Assemble fire doors according to detailed technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to construct door components
- Install hardware such as hinges, locks, and seals onto assembled doors
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Follow all safety protocols during assembly processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire door manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of fire door construction and components
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications
