Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
A highly regarded claimant law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Manchester team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to work on complex and high-value medical negligence claims within an established team known for delivering outstanding results for clients.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, working closely with clients, medical experts and counsel from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
You’ll handle a varied range of claims, including cases involving serious and life-changing injuries, while developing your technical expertise and taking on increasingly complex work.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE and solid experience in claimant clinical negligence.
You’ll have strong knowledge of the clinical negligence litigation process, excellent drafting and analytical skills and the confidence to manage your own caseload. Just as importantly, you’ll be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients and have the empathy and communication skills required to handle sensitive claims.
