As Employee Relations Advisors, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for members seeking support and guidance on workplace matters.
From disciplinary and grievance concerns to employment-related queries, you'll provide practical advice, manage cases from start to finish, and ensure every individual receives a professional, supportive and confidential service.
No two days will be the same. You'll need excellent communication skills, sound judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to balance empathy with objectivity.

Managing a varied caseload of workplace and employment-related enquiries

Providing advice and guidance via telephone, email and online channels

Investigating issues and assessing the most appropriate course of action

Supporting members through sensitive and often complex situations

Explaining workplace procedures and documentation clearly and confidently

Maintaining accurate and confidential records

Conducting research to ensure advice remains accurate and up to date

Keeping members fully informed throughout their case journey

Referring members to specialist services when appropriate

Working collaboratively within a supportive and professional team

You'll ideally have experience within:
