Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards and rotation procedures
- Dishwashing duties by cleaning pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen tools efficiently
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
Skills
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning routines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace
- Good communication skills to coordinate with chefs and other staff members
- Enthusiasm for learning culinary skills and contributing positively to the team atmosphere
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

- Rainworth, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Kitchen Porter/ Pot Washing: 2 years (required)
