Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm, and Fridays 8am – 11am
Contract: Permanent
Grade: SC3
Target Salary: £47,973 per annum
Location: National Construction College East, Bircham Newton, Norfolk, PE31 6RH
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
Minimum of Level 2 vocational qualification directly related to the role applied for
Relevant industry experience in the construction industry in a related role
Excellent knowledge of current industry practices
Minimum of Level 3 teaching qualification (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing role)
Assessor Awards (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing)
Evidence of continuous professional development
Excellent verbal and written skills
Hold a Level 2 qualification or higher in English and maths or demonstrate proficiency at Level 2 or above through a recognised assessment in both subjects
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge, skills, and experience in Microsoft Office 365
Desirable
Minimum of Level 3 vocational qualification directly related to the role applied for
Higher level construction related qualification
Level 5 teaching qualification
Experience of apprenticeship delivery
