About the Role:

We are looking for an Education Development Manager (International Programmes) who can take ownership of developing and expanding our international education initiatives.
You will not just manage programmes; you will help shape the future direction of our global education services. This role requires someone who understands international education markets, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and can turn ideas into successful education programmes. You will be the link between students, education providers, and international partners, ensuring that every programme delivers value and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
International Programme Development: Develop, coordinate, and improve international education programmes that support student pathways and institutional partnerships.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, education providers, recruitment partners, and international stakeholders.
Market Development: Research international education trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategies to expand programme reach.
Student Recruitment Support: Work with internal teams and external partners to improve international student engagement and recruitment activities.
Programme Management: Oversee programme delivery, timelines, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Represent EduPac Global Education Services UK in meetings, events, and professional education networks.
Business Development: Support the identification of new opportunities, partnerships, and education services that align with company goals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Experience in international education, education consultancy, student recruitment, programme management, partnerships, or related fields.
Education Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of international education systems, student mobility, and education pathways.
Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities with the confidence to build long-term partnerships.
Project Management: Ability to organise multiple projects, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to communicate professionally with international audiences.
Mindset: You are proactive, organised, and commercially aware. You enjoy developing new opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, student outcomes, and partner relationships.
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
