Remote Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
A regional law firm is hiring an experienced residential conveyancer to join its established remote property team. This role is fully remote.
The role
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Handle a mix of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client service
- Work closely with internal onboarding and post-completion teams
- Support junior team members where required
You’ll be part of a well-resourced property function, with structured admin and training support in place.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Qualified or non-qualified candidates considered
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong billing history
- Clear, confident communicator with good client care skills
- Highly organised with solid IT skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team-oriented approach
Remote working
- Must be able to manage workload independently without close supervision
- Previous remote working or home working experience desirable
Team structure and support
- Dedicated onboarding and post-completion support functions
- Potential support from a paralegal
- Established internal training programme already in place
